Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of Casino and igaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver a world-class product that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of the user interface to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience.
• Manage the integration of a wide range of casino options to ensure diversity and quality.
• Form partnerships with software providers for a variety of reliable and innovative casino content.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and obtain necessary licenses for operation.
• Implement stringent security protocols to safeguard user data and maintain a secure betting environment.
• Collaborate with payment processors to offer secure and varied payment options.
• Monitor and enhance platform performance, promptly resolving technical issues to ensure consistent uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Stay attuned to market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and improve the platform.
• Plan for scalability, ensuring the platform is capable of handling growing traffic and transactions.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing casino products, with a deep understanding of casino mechanics and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in utilizing data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for casino and a deep understanding of the casino customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on casino products within the iGaming industry.
• Strong Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of casino operations, including knowledge of odds, game mechanics, and player behavior.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experienced in leveraging analytics tools to gain insights and drive product improvements.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
