Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Auditor at Assad Associates. The Senior Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing financial statements, analyzing financial data, identifying risks and control weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Senior Auditor will also be involved in developing audit plans and procedures, coordinating with clients, and mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Auditing, Accounting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
• Experience in conducting audits and reviewing financial statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Swahili are beneficial
