Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to become the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will be expected to take primary ownership of your accounts and the management of

high-quality outputs from the team.

  • Provide day to day strategic and scientific counsel to clients
  • Translate client business needs into communications action steps with solution-oriented focus
  • Deliver counsel and strategy for corporate healthcare and product related campaigns
  • Manage/ delegate tactical and administrative processes
  • Manage client-related financial and business operations for the team
  • Manage junior team members and oversee their projects and deliverables
  • Take ownership of all core account business/ financial deliverables
  • Actively participate in new business development when required

Requirements

  • Degree educated
  • Strong healthcare comms experience gained from agency
  • The ability to coordinate multiregional client teams - globally and locally
  • The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines
  • Excellent strategical, tactical skills in relation to integrated communication concepts
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in German and English
  • Strong written communications skills – in German and English
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
  • Proactivity – ability to anticipate client requirements
  • Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
