On behalf of a oil major WRS are searching for a RAP Implementation Regional Lead to work in Tanzania on a residential basis. The role is offered on a annual renewable contract and will be a office based position but will include travel to various site based locations. You will be working on a capital pipeline project with scope of work and paid a daily rate.

Successful Candidates Require

• Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Social Anthropology, Sociology, environmental science.
• Detailed experience working professionally with proven extractive industry experience required. Experience in East Africa would be preferable.
• Previous experience designing, implementing and monitoring Land Acquisition and Involuntary Resettlement programs.
• Previous experience designing, implementing and monitoring Stakeholder engagement related to resettlement.
• Experience overseeing execution of compensation payments and interfacing with banking institutions.
