What This Job Can Offer You

  • Content building and editing: Build and edit web pages in our CMS, ensuring all content aligns with Remote's brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
  • Website maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of website content, including updates, edits, and implementation of new features or page types.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content production and project management teams on a variety of web-related tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of content projects.
  • SEO support: Collaborate with the SEO manager to optimize web content for search, increasing visibility and driving organic traffic.
  • Quality assurance: Participate in QA processes for all new and existing web content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Technical support: Assist in onboarding and leveraging new tools and techniques, particularly those involving AI, to scale content production safely and ambitiously.
  • Continuous improvement: Engage in production tracking and analysis, identifying and acting on opportunities for content and workflow improvement.

What You Bring

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CMS platforms, particularly Contentful, and with a base knowledge of SEO and web architecture good practice.
  • Content Production: Experience or strong interest in web content production, with a keen eye for detail and hunger to develop more strategic knowledge
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Content, Design, and Growth Engineering teams, contributing to collaborative projects.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Composure and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time while communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders
  • Problem Solving: Aptitude for quickly identifying and resolving content-related issues on the website.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to articulate updates, changes, and issues clearly and effectively.
  • Background: Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous. Remote and async work experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25,900-$87,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
