This is a first-in hire for Playnetic, and you will be building out this function from scratch.

You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our business.

 

If you have already done this role, then great, but you may just be looking for your first Head of Account Management role and have just hit a glass ceiling in your current company. If you are already in the iGaming industry and bring the drive and desire needed for this role, then please do still apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team, setting clear goals, expectations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and deliver a unified customer experience
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing customer engagement

 

You will able to demonstrate most of the following:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans
  • Understanding of slot gaming industry trends and dynamics
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
