Online Student Recruitment Executive
The candidate for this position will increase lead conversion and enrollment rates through adequate digital sales initiatives throughout the entire candidate journey.
What you will do:
- Contact all leads in CRM within designated timing (SLA)
- Implement conversion initiatives so as to increase lead conversion into Submitted applications
- Implement conversion initiatives so as to increase enrollment rate from accepted students
- Participate in sales events when and where appropriate
- Prepare and communicate adequate reporting to other dpt
- Implement initiatives so as to reduce deposit payment length
- Log each interaction in CRM for better follow up
Who you are :
- Bachelor Degree with 1 to 2 years of sales experience
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- CRM experience is a must have
This role is full remote and reports to the Global Sales Development Manager.
