We're looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join our team. You will be responsible for advising clients on a range of legal issues, including contract law, negligence, and property law. You will also be required to draft legal documents, such as contracts and leases.

Job Description

• Develop strong professional relationships with clients
• Support the skill and knowledge of all staff
• Keep up to date on all legal developments and legal matters pertaining to the various industries
• Attend meetings, seminars and conferences
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Ensure that company's operations comply with all legal and regulatory matters
• Government Relations with Regulators
• Drafting of Legal Agreements/Contacts
• Registration of Licenses
• Data Protection & Liason
• Review of Existing Laws & Procedures
• Among other Legal Activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a law school.
• Licensed to practice law from the Bar Association.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving ability.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Confidence and great negotiating skills.
• Atleast 1 year experience at Busy Legal Enterprise
