Currently, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to power up our sales funnels. In this role you will responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through the sales pipelines. Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts. Work with sales leaders to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn, aiming to establish sales-qualified opportunities/discovery calls/demos. Qualify leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Employ creative approaches to captivate potential prospects with personalized value propositions and follow-up communications.
  • Uncover new leads through internet research and monitoring social media platforms, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Actively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Effectively address and overcome prospect objections, fostering trusted relationships with potential customers.
  • Consistently meet weekly/monthly metrics such as appointments, qualified leads, and new contacts.
  • Provide valuable feedback to sales leadership, refining processes and enhancing the product. Utilize HubSpot CRM and prospecting tools to efficiently manage your sales pipeline and uphold data accuracy.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have at least 12 months of professional experience in lead generation in B2B/B2E environment
  • Have excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, paying close attention to detail.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value you offer.
  • Consider themselves team players, able to work well with others.
  • Stay self-motivated and not afraid to hear "No."
  • Are resourceful and open to trying creative approaches to reach out.
  • Genuinely care about helping prospects succeed.
  • Have a proven track record of success, meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Enjoy the challenge of taking part in building new structures.
