ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding Business Development role on our team and is responsible for supporting our sales efforts to help drive net new revenue growth across our key markets including the US & Europe. In this role, you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.

As a Business Development Representative, you will prospect, message, and call potential leads with the goal of generating leads that will be passed on to the sales team to close. You must have excellent time management, organizational, and conversational skills, as well as a commercial mindset. In this role, you:

  • Create processes and develop the outbound business development team.
  • Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Pitch our services in a concise and confident manner.
  • Be relentless in pursuing new prospects.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
  • Receive and convert prospects from sales channels into leads.
  • Work closely and collaboratively to improve, develop, and implement new processes.
  • Work closely with sales teams to close new leads.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets (new opportunities generated, discovery calls, attributions to revenue closed won)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of success in B2B IT sales
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with an advanced level of English.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, while managing multiple stakeholders and sales activities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other CRM or automation tools. You can follow a tight sales process and adhere to that in the selling cycle.
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong desire to WIN and get to the “Yes” in every account you touch
  • Exceptional presentation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Constantly looking for creative ways to improve sales outcomes and processes you engage with on a daily basis
