Invitation for Bids

1. Trees for the future Tanzania has set aside the funds for the operations during the financial year 2024. TREES is intending that part of the proceeds of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motorcycles.

2. TREES FOR THE FUTURE INC TANZANIA now invites sealed bids from reputable company/suppliers To Supply Goods as shown below:

Bidder must quote for all quantities specified in Lot No.1, Trees for the future Tanzania will evaluate the
bids and award the contract to the most competitive bidder.

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office, Trees for the future Tanzania. P.0 BOX 1624 N.H.C. Singidani Complex Building, 2nd Floor SINGIDA or via email magagura@trees.org Mondays to Fridays except Public holidays.

4. A complete set of the bidding Documents and additional sets will be offered free by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3.

5. 3 copies of bids 1 original and 2 copies, properly filled in enclosed in plain envelopes must be properly addressed to the Trees for the future Tanzania, N.H.C Singidani Complex Building, Second Floor, P.0 BOX 1624 SINGIDA. All bids must be delivered by hand to the Trees for the future Tanzania before the deadline for submission of bids.

6. The deadline for the submission of bids is 14,h February,2024 at 10: 00am. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend in the conference room of the Trees for the future Tanzania, N.H.C Singidani Complex Building, second floor at 10:00 a.m, 14th February, 2024. The outer cover must be clearly marked.
