• Recruiting new staff
• Making sure staff get paid correctly on time.
• Prepare job advertisement
• Organising staff training.
• Looking at staff health,safety and welfare of all employees.
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
• Managing Pensions and benefits administration.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Human Resurce Management,Law or any related field.
• Administration skills
• Knowledge of human resource and labor laws
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 years experience working as an Hr officer in a reputable organisation.
