We are Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, a leading international hotel chain in Spain, with currently 75 hotels. We are in full expansion, and we are going to open 2 new resorts on the island of Zanzibar.

We are looking for a HR MANAGER. the main challenge will be to recruit all the staff for the hotels and corporate team in Zanzibar.

Lead, coordinate and handle the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of the company in Zanzibar / Tanzania.

• Recruitment
• Payroll
• Manage Labour Relations th the staff, the managers and the local communities to assure an excellent labour environment and the best performance of all the teams
• Manage all the trainings for all the levels in the company

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

5 years in a similar position in hotels/resorts in the country

• Bachelor's Degree or specialized studies in Human Resources / Business Administration/ Law/ Labour Relations o Psichology
• At least 5 years in a HR department, experience in hospitality sector in Zanzibar will be valued.
• High English and Swahili level
• Spanish is a plus.
