QuadW Tarime is an international mission team, making disciples among the Kuria people of Northern Tanzania. Over the past two years, the Holy Spirit has been catalyzing a movement among this people group, as more and more of them turn to Christ and find an entirely new life in Him. Right now, QuadW Missional Outreach is mentoring a network of 146 new disciples of Jesus Christ, who make up 26 house churches. More and more folks are finding new freedom and joy, and leave behind their domestic violence, witchcraft, alcoholism, FGM, and adultery. These new disciples have even begun to work with QuadW Missional Outreach to protect girls from FGM. QuadW Missional Outreach joined forces and were able to protect 95 girls from the 2022 rituals, and are on track to protect 300 girls from the 2024 rituals. QuadW Missional Outreach would love for for someone to be a part of what God is doing here.

QuadW Missional Outreach is looking for people who want to serve, and who are ready to make a one-year commitment to be a part of our mission team here in Tarime, Tanzania.

QuadW Tarime is specifically designed for people who are trying to figure out if called to overseas missions. During the applicant's year here, QuadW Missional Outreach will steadily pray and adviset missionary to discern God’s calling. QuadW Missional Outreach will push the missionary's out of the missionary's comfort zone, but QuadW Missional Outreach will not “throw you to the wolves”. All new mission team members are paired with a Tanzanian, English-speaking “mission buddy” who will be the missionary's guide into Tanzanian culture and ministry. The missionary will also be given high-quality training on making disciples and guided by more experienced team members as the misionary explores the everyday work and ask God if this is what God's is calling for the missionary,.
