Job Summary:
Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservation, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office departiment

What will you have to do?
• Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel, Participates in the selection of front office personnel.
• Schedules the front office staff, Supervises workload during shifts., Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.
• Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules, Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
• Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.

What are we looking for:
• University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing or similar
• Advanced English Language, A second and third language would be an asset.
• External: 3 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Internal: At least 2 years’ experience in the Front Office department in a Manager role.
• Knowledge of brand strategies
• Knowledge of hotel management and/or Customer Experience tools.
• Financial knowledge.
• Knowledge of Hotel Operations.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Organisation and planning.
• Analytical capacity.
• Proactivity and Innovation.
• Excellent communication skills.
