A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Business Unit Head Sub-Saharan Africa for their Kenya office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for sales and marketing operations within the designated business unit.
- Provide strategic direction in delivering business planning process.
- Develop, execute, and measure brand positioning strategies across the assigned portfolio.
- Regularly coach all direct reports to develop effective Performance Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and government representatives to achieve business objectives.
- Aligning plans and people within the Business Unit, including key business partners and financial targets to achieve long-term stability and drive company growth.
- Oversee compliance and adherence to SOPs, local regulations, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to effectively respond to market needs.
Required profile for job ad : Business Unit Head Sub-Saharan AfricaTo be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of pharmaceutical experience in sales and marketing.
- People management experience is a must.
- Problem solving & decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
