JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for profitable growth of the business by generating monthly and annual business in Life business as per the set target.
MAIN DUTIES
- Meet the sales target for Bancassurance, Brokers, Agents and Direct basis
- Prepare weekly & monthly journey plan visitation to existing and potential clients.
- Prepares sales action plans to achieve the target.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to company products and services to clients.
- Ability to retain existing business and pursue new business.
- Develop new channels of business
- Maintain relationship and follow up after sales service to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and competitive quotations are prepared and delivered promptly to prospective clients and existing clients.
- Do cross selling of company products.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure 100% collection of premium.
- Report on the Market Intelligence.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Academic Qualifications: At least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- Qualification in Insurance such as ACII is an added advantage.
KEY EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Insurance, Life insurance experience will be an added advantage.
