JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for profitable growth of the business by generating monthly and annual business in Life business as per the set target.

MAIN DUTIES

  1. Meet the sales target for Bancassurance, Brokers, Agents and Direct basis
  2. Prepare weekly & monthly journey plan visitation to existing and potential clients.
  3. Prepares sales action plans to achieve the target.
  4. Prepare proposals and presentations to company products and services to clients.
  5. Ability to retain existing business and pursue new business.
  6. Develop new channels of business
  7. Maintain relationship and follow up after sales service to maintain customer satisfaction
  8. Ensure accurate and competitive quotations are prepared and delivered promptly to prospective clients and existing clients.
  9. Do cross selling of company products.
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  11. Ensure 100% collection of premium.
  12. Report on the Market Intelligence.
  13. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
  3. Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
  4. Willingness to travel and work in the field.
  5. Team Player

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  1. Academic Qualifications: At least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
  2. Qualification in Insurance such as ACII is an added advantage.

KEY EXPERIENCE:

  1. Experience in Insurance, Life insurance experience will be an added advantage.
  2. Sales & Customer Care
  3. Proof of past performance achievement
