• Achievement of monthly sales and collection target. Ensure maximum placement of our range of products (water & soda) with dealers in Dar-es-salaam.
• Manage team and guide them for the achievement of their sales target.
• Route planning to ensure wider spread and maximum business with lower fuel cost.
• Create 15 model areas in all three different districts of the region.
• New business development from hotel/restaurant/channel with Sales Manager
• Ensure prominent display of our product range / POS at all sales points with a team of merchandisers
• Share market feedback on competition, new launches, pricing strategies, etc; with team / SM / Head of sales & marketing.
• Work as per PJP set at the start of the and set targets to be achieved by last Saturday of the month.
