Join TUI BLUE Hotels as BLUE Guide Manager and support the overall hotel concept delivery within our TUI flagship hotel brand – TUI BLUE. You will support your dedicated team of BLUE Guides deliver exceptional guest experiences to local and international hotel guests whilst on holiday.This role is based at our 5* TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar hotel. Applications open to local residents and those able to relocate to Zanzibar.About The Job

• You will ensure that all aspects of the TUI BLUE hotel concept and guest experiences are implemented and delivered according to the concept USP specifications.
• You will be monitoring and analysing concept and quality standards to deliver results and exceed guests’ expectations.
• As the Concept Delivery Manager, you will create and initiate performance action plans where required, updating progress to destination and corporate management.
• To manage and motivate the whole TUI BLUE hotel team and create a one team ethos. You will also show strong leadership skills and passion for the brand, guests, and hotel overall.
• You will maintain a strong relationship with the Hotel General Manager and hotel leadership as well as key stakeholders across the TUI BLUE brand.

About You

• You are a positive and engaging individual and a great team player who leads by example.
• Previous experience in hotel guest relations management, hotel concept management and/or tour operator background highly desirable.
• Previous experience and confident in performance management, with strong communication skills.
• A fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You will need strong organisational and time management skills and you can work with a wide range of departments whilst focusing on the overall customer experience.
• You are fully conversational in English and local language. Other languages and a driving license are advantageous.
