Job RoleSupport country management in overseeing and facilitate the supply chain operations and coordinate the procurement and logistic processes to achieve the effective distribution of goodsJob Responsibilities

• Analyze sales (vehicles and parts) data and present vehicle order quantity recommendations to sales manager
• Communicate with maritime agents and customs broker regarding vehicles movements and logistics to ensure vehicles delivery on time
• Continuously improve and develop Logistic business performance within the constraints of legislation through outsourcing and evaluate freight forwarder contract
• Coordinate with service management the allocating of incoming vehicles storage ensuring stored vehicles in good condition as per manufacturer guideline
• Coordinate with shipping agent to clear vehicle and parts taxes
• Maintaining the ordering and inventory management process by place orders on SAP for ISUZU
• Perform adequate analysis and provide regularly reports utilizing different software applications in order to present actual vehicle inventory performance and status of vehicles
• Reviews goods route and prepare daily delivery schedules, in addition to any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor

EducationBachelor Degree in Business AdministrationCollege Graduate in Materials Management or Relevant field of study preferredRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Experience:3 – 5 years work experience in a similar or equivalent jobJob Specific Skills:

• Ability to manage large volumes of diverse data from disparate data sources using Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional work team Excellent knowledge of computer applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
