Contract Duration: 1 year contract (possibility of extension).

Airswift is looking for a Cost Engineer to work with one of our customers in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.
Main Roles
- Monitor costs through use of PROJECT software, forecasts and analyses.
- Preparation of necessary documentation for processing of payments.
Responsibilities
- Consolidating data from man-hour databases using respective tools to generate periodic reports and prepare the Application of Payments for services.
- Provide cost and forecast data to Project Controls Group.
- Responsible for coordination of cost updates for services and analyses of the cost/forecast data.
- Support management of PROJECT Cost control system.
- Execute cost and change control in accordance with PROJECT procedures and be able to estimate small/medium changes.
- Import and verify data from finance and procurement systems in cost management tool.
- Produce timely cost /status/trend reports for Project Controls Group.
