As a Product Operations Manager of Online Merchant Acquiring Business, you will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into user experience and product requirements documents. You will be a vital link between our engineering capabilities and our core business objectives, responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of our customers' favorite products by driving user research, gathering product requirements, and implementing, testing, and deploying our software product capabilities. You'll also work closely with sales, user experience, marketing, and product technology teams to define and execute plans for important work.

Responsibilities:

• Stay competitive
• Regular product research and the latest trends of competitive products tracking, output research reports.
• Online Payment Operations:
• Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes for online payments, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall reliability and performance of PalmPay's online payment services.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead a dedicated operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Risk Management:
• Develop and implement risk management strategies specific to mitigate potential threats and ensure the security of financial transactions.
• Monitor and analyze online transaction data for anomalies and take proactive measures.
• Technology Integration:
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement and maintain cutting-edge online payment processing technologies.
• Address technical issues related to online payments promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Market Expansion:
• Contribute to the successful operation and potential expansion of PalmPay's online payment services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt online payment operations to meet the specific needs of the market.
• Vendor and Partner Relations:
• Manage relationships with online payment service providers and other relevant vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for online payments and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends, potential operational challenges, and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in product management in complex/matrix environments with some expertise in user experience. Preferably within a fintech, banking or technology organization
• A high level of professional knowledge with targeted industries
• Ability to translate user requirements into user experience mockups
• Proven track of experience in collaborating with top merchants in targeted industries
• Proven track of experience in gathering user requirements and translating them to user experience and product requirement documents
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Ability to work with marketing teams to craft communication strategies.
