Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver and Assistant to join our team at Minjingu Mines & Fertiliser Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, products, and equipment to and from our factory location in Minjingu Village. Additionally, the candidate will assist with various tasks within the factory premises as required.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive trucks to transport materials, products, and equipment to and from designated locations.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and ensure proper securing of cargo.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking oil, water, and tires.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation.
• Assist with various tasks within the factory premises, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, assisting with equipment maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate trucks safely and efficiently, with knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
