Sr KPI/Reporting Analyst role

Location: EMEA/UK

Home or office based

The KPI/Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the development of reports for multiple functional areas. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to visualize data trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data and possess relevant experience in transforming data and validating it using various tools. You will transform data into actionable business information and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders in customized formats for different stakeholders. You will be skilled at finding root causes and patterns and show how they affect the business.

You will map data, identify discrepancies, create dashboards and tables, graphs and charts of processed data. You will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses as business needs require, at project level as well as rolled up to portfolio and division level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop standardized reports and ad hoc reports and information to functional leadership
  • Work with functional leads and clinical study teams, proactively and communicate with all parties to support customer satisfaction.
  • Establish clear stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Proactively explore innovative approaches and solutions to report requests
  • Exhibit accuracy, continuously seeking ways to enhance quality and applying feedback for performance improvement.
  • Flexibly respond to shifts in the work environment, managing competing demands, and adjusting approaches to fit different situations.
  • Proactively engage in self-development and being available to upskill others
  • Demonstrate commitment to resolving analytical challenges by employing quantitative methods to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Identify data trends and show how they affect business
  • Create visual representations of data
  • Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Clinical Research experience
  • Advanced level of English
  • 3+ years previous experience from analytical roles
  • Excellent communication skills, extremely organized, understanding priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills (for example, complex formulas, arrays, INDEX/MATCH, Power Pivot, charts, extract data from external source, VBA) and PowerPoint
  • SQL, PowerQuery and PowerBI experience is preferred
