We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

• The person will be responsible to execute sales strategies.
• Identifying and exploring new markets and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a senior sales role within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• English and Swahili language speaking is mandatory.
• Microsoft word,Excel and powerpoint usage is ideal for the  presentation of sales targets and progress.
