Tanzania Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating annual budget, devising quarterly and monthly plan for the Countries Assigned
  • Create and Manage Dealer Partner network for products under the INOI Mobility Product Portfolio
  • Achieve revenue, gross margin expectation, customer breadth within set expectations
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly / monthly / quarterly sales reports to the Line manager to facilitate a comprehensive sales performance review and proper planning for the various segments
  • To be responsible for clients' accounts receivable. Weekly reconciliation with HQ and refunding money for phones to HQ. Responsibility for the storage of goods
  • Formulate and implement a successful GTM strategy all Channels – Dealers, IR , Mass Retail ,and Telco
  • Head and Execute Projects in Telco Mobility Projects through Partners
  • Develop and implement various ATL & BTL activities in line with INOI & Dexiconn objectives
  • Worked closely with HQ HR team, to recruit, coach and manage team in the respective Brand Promoters in the Region
  • Participate and represent the company at Trade exhibitions, events and promotions in order to attract new customers, promote our brand and enhance customers’ awareness of the Dexiconn product range

Requirements

Desired Experience:

  • In depth understanding of Mobility / Telco Distribution among all Channels in Tanzania
  • Key Relationship with Stake Holders in the Mobility Reseller Channel , IR , Retailers and Telco.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing channels in the capacity of distribution or with Vendor Sales team with focus on achieving set market objectives
  • Demonstrated skill in managing Mobility & Telco distribution - In country operations and Business Practices
  • Ability to travel to other key regions in the focus country for new business development activities including channel recruitment and expansion
  • Preference will be given to Local Tanzanian Candidate with Fluency in English and local language
