Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help them build up their business activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and company pricing strategies.
- Close sales deals and secure new business contracts.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies based on market feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the Sales Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- +3 years experience in a B2B sales role
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
