Job Summary
Our client an IT Solution Company is looking for an experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling their IT products and services to potential clients. This role involves generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a solid understanding of IT products and services.

Responsibilities;
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling and networking.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Following and implementing an effective sales strategy by the Business Development manager to drive sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Work closely with Marketing team.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Additional responsibilities by Senior management.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience an an IT Sales Executive or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of working with corporate companies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of working with government institutions will be an added advantage.
• Understanding on how to work on tender documents.
