Description
Roles and responsibilities:
• Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Develop new markets and improve sales
• Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
• Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity
• Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial products
• Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
• Can work well under pressure
• Willing to work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and travel to other cities
