Position: POS Support

PalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, and expanding to other markets in 2023. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to getting financial services (Merchant Acquiring, Digital Lending, etc).

Maintenance Support Responsible for POS repair (hardware issues, software issues, system upgrades, online maintenance support).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bad POS repair work.
• Responsible for providing online POS support.
• Responsible for the establishment of maintenance work order and submission of maintenance report.
• Responsible for docking with Chinese engineers.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or other related majors, familiar with POS industry is preferred.
• English must be at working level.
