JOB DETAILS:
The General Practitioner of Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital is announcing Tanzanians with the qualifications and interest to work in the Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital for a voluntary contract for various cadres as outlined below.

Qualifications of the applicant:
• Must have a three-year Diploma in the field of Pharmacy and Medicine from a College recognized by the Government and who is registered with the Council of Pharmacists.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Classifying, preparing and ordering the needs of drugs and medical equipment in his work area.
• Distributing drugs and medical devices to patients and staff
• Mixing drugs
• Storing drugs and medical devices
• Educating the community about the correct use of drugs.
• Inspecting drugs, chemical therapy equipment, reagents and cosmetics in his work area
• Providing information on the effects of the use of drugs.
• Coordinating the work of the hospital drug committee
• Preparing information on the use of drugs and medical devices.
• Conducting quality inspection of drugs, chemical therapy equipment, reagents and cosmetics
• Conducting various inspections in places where medicines are kept.
• Supervising the work performance of the employees under him
• Keeping records of medicines and medical equipment
• Doing other tasks assigned by his head related to his education, experience and skills

(i) Be a citizen of Tanzania;
(ii) Must be at least 18 years old and not more than 35 years old;
(iii) He should not be a Government Employee.
(iv) Each applicant must attach a copy of the birth certificate, national identity card or national identity number (NIDA).
(v) Applicants who meet the criteria will be called for an interview and those who fail to comply with the conditions of this announcement will not be called.
(vi) Applicants should attach personal information (CV), showing their phone numbers and address and 3 sureties, education and professional certificates.
(vii) The applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in the profession while working, so applicants with long-term experience will be given priority.
(viii) Applicants for the medical staff must have completed professional training and obtained a license.

Professional Qualifications
1. All applicants must have educational certificates, professional certificates, licenses, for applicants who have been employed by the relevant professional council and have completed vocational training. SALARY
2. Applicants who get a position and are given a contract will be paid a salary based on the contractual agreement between the Employer and the employee.
3. All applications must be accompanied by:-
• Copy of birth certificate;
• A copy of the Fourth or/and Sixth Form certificate according to the Cadre of the Applicant.
• Copy of Professional Certificates (Certificates and Transcripts) and Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Two recent passport size photographs.
