The role
The Partner Service Manager initiates and steers Operations meetings with our partners, ensuring effective collaboration and high satisfaction. They handle the operational relationship with certified partners, present Customer Operations reporting, and drive continuous improvements. In escalations, the Manager takes ownership, gathers resources, and communicates with stakeholders. They may participate as Lead Escalation Managers for major incidents, coordinating actions and providing updates.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead operations initiatives at a tactical level.
- Liaise as a (SPOC) for stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate and manage relationships with partners and customers to ensure efficient cooperation.
- Manage continuous improvements to resolve and prevent escalations.
- Reporting on COs, RCAs, and SLA.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or partner management, with a proven track record of successfully managing customer escalation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Liaises with Partners and customers on C-level
- PM skills and capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Situational leadership is well developed
