Our Business Central client portfolio is expanding and hence the need for an additional Microsoft Business Central/365 Developer to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and deploy customisations, integrations, and new functionality within the Microsoft BC/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Business Central/Dynamics 365 F&O with other business systems.
• Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Business Central/Dynamics 365 F&O and advise on their adoption.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• look for opportunities to maximise the use of business systems to aid efficiency across the business.
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about using automations to solve problems and enthuse others to see the benefit of your work.
• Contribute to the resolution of Priority 1 (P1) major incidents and some limited out of hours deployments and system testing.

Specific abilities and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent demonstratable experience.
• Must be able to travel to UK to client's site whenever needed.
• Proven experience in Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.
• Strong knowledge of X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiar with and develops to OWASP standards.
• Experience with Business Central/Dynamics 365 F&O integrations and data migrations.
• Understanding of finance and operations business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
