The Mall Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of all operations and business strategy of a large retail shopping centre in Kunduchi. The main key areas of focus include leasing, marketing, facility management, relationship management and enhancement of the Mall’s brand image and position in the market along with ensuring first-class experience for our tenants, customers and community.

Responsibilities

• the commercial and operating functions of the mall effectively facilitating a good environment for retail business activity and ensuring day-to-day operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet tenant and customer requirements.
• with Head Office on the execution of the Mall’s financial objectives, business strategy, marketing and growth plans.
• with the mall team and third party vendors to oversee daily operations including security, cleaning, maintenance, mall administration and customer service.
• and implement Standard of Procedures and systems across all mall function to ensure smooth cooperation among various teams
• in people management, team collaboration and develop strong business relationships with tenants and customers

Review and manage leasing activity to ensure both parties adhere to the lease agreement and tenant complaints are addressed effectively
