We are recruiting remote sales representatives for our Social Bolt service.

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue for our Social Bolt service to potential customers in your location once selected. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. This role requires effective communication skills, a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media to create a robust sales pipeline.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the Social Bolt service offered and effectively communicate its benefits and value propositions to potential customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the Social Bolt service and address customer questions and objections.

• Negotiate and Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent post-sales support, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, conversions and regularly report progress to the sales support department.

Remote Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers remotely.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools like Whatsapp.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
• A quiet and dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment suitable for remote sales activities.
