Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR administrative service ;
• Administrate payroll ;
• Analyze training and recruitment needs ;
• Organize training sessions ;
• Prepare job descriptions, post ads and manage the hiring process ;
• Monitor staff performance and attendance ;
• Ensure legal compliance.

Required profile for job ad : HR Officer

• Bachelor degree in HR management ;
• Proven experience as HR officer or HR administrator ;
• Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures ;
• Teamwork skills ;
• Good communicator.
