JOB DETAILS:
Financial Controller (1) reporting to CEO
We are looking for an experienced financial controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Controller Job Responsibilities will include the following
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunities forecasting.
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• High of financial reporting and analysis
• Managing accounting records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing accounting operations
• Analyzing financial data to monitor expenditure
• Forecasting revenue
• Coordinating auditing process
• Cash flow management
• Debt management and collection
• Payroll processing
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Working closely with management to executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
• Preparing and submit timely monthly financial statements to CEO
• Filling returns to TRA
• Financial risk management
• Make sure statutory payments are paid in time to avoid penalties.
• Mange purchases of company assets.
• Contact relationship with financial institutions
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis finding.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate and prepar ation of regulatory reporting.
• Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger and counsel, cost accounting .inventory accounting and revenue Recognition.

Candidate Qualification, Skills and Key Competencies.
• Graduate bachelor degree in accounting.
• Minimum of C pass hr Book-keeping both O level and A level.
• Proven working experience as financial controller or in accounting
• CPA will be an added advantage
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedure.
• Experience in creating financial statement
• Good communication skills
