Role Purpose

Responsible for conducting Compliance Audits, Investigating IntelliQ Cases and Reviewing Operations through CCTV on locations identified by line manager. Based on the results, recommendations and best practices will be shared with Operations team to improve compliance and avoid or minimize business loss

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular checks based on the annual compliance plan, including IntelliQ Investigation and Operational CCTV review
• Document and report the outcomes post compliance checks to Compliance Manager, agree the action plan to address underlying issues
• Perform spot checks on cash and inventory covering all shifts and report anomalies
• Make recommended changes to procedures or best practices in order to comply with company policy and adjust to business need
• Analyse and detect potential risk to ensure revenue is reported correctly and losses are avoided

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• System Experience of Tableau, My Micros, FMC and D365
• High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and Power point Presentations
• Strong initiative to conduct research and identify problems
• Experience and knowledge on Compliance and Risk Audits
• Structured analyst, capable to adopt and use data-driven auditing, including data analytics, to assess risks, scope audits and test controls. Strong attention to detail.
