Join TUI BLUE Hotels as a Fitness Instructor (known internally as a BLUEfit Expert) where you will be responsible for guiding the guest on their health-conscious lifestyle while on holiday. As a fitness expert, you will combine all key areas of fitness including wellness and nutrition into a holistic concept, individualized to the guests and ability.

This permanent role is based at our 5* TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar, Tanzania.

About The Job

• You will be responsible for preparing, organising and implementing a range of different high-quality sports and small-group programs such as functional training, fascia training and BLUEfit Camp.
• You will give short presentations on topics of nutrition, health, and fitness, and inspire guests with your know-how.
• You will conduct personal training including performance diagnostics, and ensure that the training areas, materials and equipment are used properly and with care.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
• Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.

About You

• Degree in sports science, fitness & health management, or the German A-license equivalent training/qualifications are required for this role.
• Advanced professional experience in the field of fitness and nutrition, preferably with a focus on functional and personal training.
• Excellent hospitality skills, effective communication, and motivation ability with the passion to deliver high level of service to guests in a hotel/holiday environment.
• Ability to work independently and a keen sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure, to be creative and to work in an international team.
• Foreign language skills (good conversational English, additional languages are an advantage)
