Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Manager to join our CloudOps Studio team at Globant. As a Tech Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding diverse functional teams in the implementation and management of Azure cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in Azure cloud, architectural patterns, microservices, and leadership skills will be instrumental in defining and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our project.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in architectural patterns with a strong emphasis on microservices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead diverse functional teams.
• Strong innovation mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish languages, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and technical requirements for the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and partner teams to identify and prioritize maintenance, change management, deployment, and operational scenarios.
• Define the usage and implementation of diverse tech stacks such as infrastructure as code, configuration management, CI/CD, etc., to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Partner with software engineers to design scenarios, develop product roadmaps, and facilitate incremental delivery, driving improvements to Azure overall operational excellence.
