Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Arusha for a Marketing Executive. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, coordinating marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
