Job summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver company-wide and functional (department-specific) training programs.
- Lead the transformation of our onboarding process, ensuring new team members experience a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Identify training needs across the organization and develop detailed training plans and learning paths for all employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, utilizing instructional design principles and best practices.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engages participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to make informed recommendations for improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in training and development, and technological advancements that can enhance learning experiences.
- Serve as an expert advisor in the creation of client training.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes by developing relevant training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Research and select external training partners, collaborating with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver specialized training programs as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development best practices and instructional design models.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience both in-person and virtually.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in developing and utilizing a variety of training materials, including digital and e-learning tools.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies in response to feedback and evolving organizational needs.
- Must possess a C2 level in spoken and written English, demonstrating a high degree of fluency, accuracy, and complexity in language use.
- Certification in Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field is highly desirable.
