Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing, programming and servicing of EFD machines.
Provide installation and onsite support for clients when necessary.
• Providing remote support for clients when required.
• IT Products Inspection and service whenever required.
• To work within the allocated SLA’s and complete diagnosis and dispatch of device.
• Update and submit daily technical reports showing serviced devices on the status of serviced good.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Training Customers on new products and services when required.
• Support upcountry technicians.
• Support reseller technicians.
• Support and repair of office equipment.
• Additional responsibilities by Senior management.

Requirements
• Diploma education or equivalent.
• 2 Years of practical experience in realted field.
• Formal training, skills and abilities in the field.
• Passion for technology and knowledge of technical systems.
• Excelled organisation skills and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly (and positively) to changing demands and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
