ABOUT THE ROLE
Step In as a Program Manager and Be the Engine Behind a Thriving Learning Experience!
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Program Manager for our Software Engineering Training Program. Your mission is to support creating an efficient and captivating learning environment for future software engineers. With an eye for detail and a knack for organization, you’ll assist in connecting learners with resources and ensuring the program sails smoothly.
From helping with engaging activities to lend a helping hand in operations and staying tuned to the learners' pulse - you’ll be an essential cog in the machinery. You’ll contribute to building connections, celebrating achievements, and ensuring the community stays spirited and focused.
Your dedication will be an invaluable asset in shaping the paths of tomorrow's tech enthusiasts. Keep it agile; keep it impactful. More specifically;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning: Support creating and managing an end-to-end project plan with Gantt charts and Google Sheets. Be there for each step: pre-learning, learning, and post-learning phases.
- Learning Community Wingman/woman: Lend a hand in fine-tuning the learning community. Be part of the screening, onboarding, communications, research, and data tracking support system.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Help maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and ensure they're in sync with the program.
- Diversity Cheerleader: Contribute ideas to encourage student diversity, focusing on gender and geographical locations.
- Reporting Sidekick: Keep an eye on program metrics and put together reports that matter.
- Key Results Contributor: Work with the team to set up practical and meaningful key results that align with the program.
- Collaboration Supporter: Be that crucial link between teams, including marketing, to help make the program shine.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in program management or operations, with a focus on managing virtual learning/educational programs. Experience in the tech sector is a bonus.
- Proficient in project management tools, experience with Asana is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to develop and monitor key results.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on program metrics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing learning communities.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Great oral and written communication skills in English
- Intense customer orientation: You will be relentlessly obsessed with creating exciting and meaningful experiences for your learners.
