Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mwanza. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing resources efficiently. The Site Supervisor will also be in charge of quality control, resolving any issues that arise, and reporting to Engineers/Project Managers with regular updates.

Qualifications

• Experience Medium and Low Voltage Lines site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment
• Relevant certifications or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Must have a valid driving license for motor bicycles
