Spectrum Search are excited to be recruiting for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join a Sportsbook team and contribute to designing an innovative, world-class product used by millions of customers daily.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of our growing Sportsbook design team, focused on continuously improving the sports betting experience. You will be responsible for various design activities for our web and mobile applications, from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping. Additionally, you will contribute to our expanding design system, building components and addressing new requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Leading small projects and working on larger ones with guidance.
•    Taking ownership of design outcomes, collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders.
•    Participating in project and team meetings, showcasing and discussing your work regularly.
•    Contributing to research that informs user-oriented design decisions.
•    Conducting usability testing based on user feedback.
•    Ensuring all UX designs are efficient and user-friendly, leveraging your passion and expertise.
•    Collaborating with internal team members to brainstorm solutions and approaches to design challenges.
•    Producing conceptual designs and incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
•    Preparing design artifacts for user testing and capturing feedback.
•    Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and Product Managers.
•    Annotating design deliverables to communicate design intent clearly.
•    Building components for product consistency and scalability.
•    Collaborating with front-end engineers to ensure design components are accurately implemented.
