As we scale our efforts in 2024 and beyond, we’re looking for a Senior Designer who’s passionate about helping people land dream jobs.

THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

As a Senior Designer (Growth Marketing) at TestGorilla, you'll be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, setting the bar high for design excellence. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll craft visually compelling content, videos, and campaigns tailored to our audience, all while upholding our brand integrity and pushing the boundaries of design innovation.*

YOU’LL SPEND TIME ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ad concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Designing and refining landing pages to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and integrity across all designs.
  • Setting and enforcing the highest standards for design production and quality.
  • Leading initiatives to streamline blog production workflows and maintain consistency upon delivery.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with leadership and other departments to provide strategic design input.
  • Effectively managing multiple complex projects, anticipating and resolving potential challenges.
  • Driving design innovation and advocating for the strategic integration of AI technologies.
  • Understanding our products/services and market positioning.
  • Playing a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and aligning design efforts with business objectives.
  • Cultivating a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement within the design team and organization.
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and development, staying abreast of industry advancements, and mentoring junior team members.
Required profile for job ad : Senior Designer (Growth Marketing)

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proficiency in video production & editing skills specifically for paid ads.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, technology advancements, and industry innovations.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
  • A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proven track record of successful display and video campaigns on paid acquisition channels
  • HTML 5 skills
  • We typically expect candidates with at least 7 y. of experience as a designer in a marketing or advertising agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects across various digital platforms.

Bonus points if…

  • You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup
  • Previously work with a CMS tool like Contentful
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization is a plus.
