THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL

As a strategic advisor to the Executive Committee (ExCo) at TestGorilla, your role is pivotal in steering the organization towards bold ambition and excellent results. It's about transforming strategy from a concept into impact, guiding our collective journey forward.

You'll lead our strategic planning efforts, own our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, and make sure that the vision, mission, and strategic direction of TestGorilla are clear to everyone. You’ll foster effective leadership and nurture connections both within and beyond our (virtual!) walls, to drive a culture of trust and insight. Under your guidance, all our activities align with our overarching strategy.

YOU’LL SPEND TIME ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Strategy and Planning:
  • As a strategic advisor to the Executive Committee (ExCo), provide insight and support so they make excellent decisions. Manage our annual and quarterly strategic planning. Own our OKR framework, and oversee aligned goal-setting across the whole business.
  • Results:
  • It’s not just about great strategy and planning. Play a vital role in its execution, too. Ensure effective delivery of strategic initiatives, providing cross-functional team support, rigor, and reporting to achieve OKR success.
  • Communications:
  • In general, manage the (a)synchronous flows of strategic, tactical and organizational information within TestGorilla. Specifically, elevate company-wide understanding of our vision, mission, and strategy through articulate messaging.
  • Leadership enablement:
  • Uphold an environment in which our leaders can focus on leading. Ensure smooth preparation, facilitation and follow-up of productive ExCo, wider leadership team and Board meetings - and effective communication in between. Identify opportunities for leadership team development.
  • Networks and connection:
  • Connect ExCo members with industry peers, investors and other external stakeholders. Within TestGorilla, build trusted relationships at all levels to act as a discrete conduit between teams and ExCo, and provide insight into organizational trends and activity.
