Want to be a key driver in VOX Solutions’ growth? We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to join our growing technology company. As a Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the executive team in driving the company’s strategic priorities, managing projects, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires a candidate with a management consulting background who can provide a combination of strategic vision and tactical execution to help guide the company through its next phase of growth. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for highly ambitious individuals, as VOX plans to expand its solutions portfolio and go public in the next 3-4 years.

Objectives of this role:

  •  Oversee strategic business initiatives, from strategy development through successful execution, with the guidance and collaboration of senior leadership and department heads.
  •  Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  •  Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
  •  Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  •  Coordinate strategic initiatives as provided by the company’s CEO or COO.

Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on strategic initiatives, business operations, and organizational development
  •  Develop and implement processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
  •  Partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects and ensure timely delivery of results
  •  Conduct research & analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  •  Prepare and present reports to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders.
  •  Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
  •  Assist with the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and other external communications.
  •  Be an enabler of the company’s culture and a role model to others around.
  •  Assist project teams in managing relationships with customers (if needed).

  •  Minimum 2 years of work experience in business management.
  •  Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role.
  •  Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
