We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Coach to join Juventus Academy Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the coaching staff, implementing Juventus-approved training methodologies, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment for our young players. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, conducting player assessments, and providing feedback to players and parents. The Senior Coach will play a pivotal role in player development, ensuring that each player reaches their full potential both on and off the field. The successful candidate will possess UEFA coaching qualifications, and a passion for youth development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with coaching staff to design customised training programs for individual players, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Create and manage a player development pathway that aligns with the Academy's long-term vision, nurturing young talent and facilitating their progression to higher levels of play.
• Establish partnerships with local schools and community organisations to drive engagement, increase participation, and promote the Academy's values.
• Lead workshops and seminars for players, parents, and local coaches, sharing insights into modern football methodologies and promoting the Academy's reputation as a center of excellence.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate the Academy's brand, including organising football clinics, open days, and other promotional events.
• Regularly assess players' performance and provide constructive feedback, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and dedication.
• Collaborate with the Academy's administrative team to ensure seamless operations, efficient scheduling, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of coaching staff through mentorship and knowledge sharing, enhancing the overall coaching quality of the Academy.
• Develop and implement innovative training drills and techniques to enhance players' skills and performance.

Qualifications

• UEFA certification (Minimum FA level 1)
• First Aid Certificate
• Child Safeguarding certificate
